Recently, Netflix partnered with one of our suppliers to test the market for NFC and Bluetooth communication for access control. The results were amazing. Over 90% of the people who used their smartphone to unlock the access control door thought it was easy to use. After the study was completed those who participated in the study were asked if they would use their smartphone for unlocking doors 87% said they would. It only makes sense, no longer to you have to worry about presenting a card or fob, now you can use your smartphone.
